Polenta is easy to prepare, healthy and filling. It can be consumed directly by heating in water
with added toppings, or if we let it cool down can be converted to loaf, which can also be grilled and baked.
The fresh Natural corn is added to water where it is allowed to cook. The water is soaked by corn and course base of polenta is prepared. Now any topping (eg. olives, beans, mushroom, chicken, egg) along with any sauces can be added on top for better taste. Many famous dishes such as Pasta, Lasagna, Pancakes, etc. can be prepared using Polenta.
